  2. Basic platform (Minimum Go-Live) – Delivery of a functional 1:1 solution with the most central CLM functions such as contract registration, bond tracking and document management.
  3. Governance & Automation – Establishing workflows, roles and governance mechanisms so that governance is operationalized directly in the system.
  4. Integrations & Dataflows – Connecting with other business systems and establishing data standards for high quality and transparency.
  5. Performance & Advanced Analytics – Extend with dashboards, KPIs, and advanced reporting to make CLM data an asset for decision-making.
